TRAP, S.A. was founded in Madrid on 3rd July 1967 with the aim of operating a collective passenger transport service, employing busses, in each of its related modes or activities.

Its initial activity was urban transport, which it continues to develop in various Spanish cities, but it immediately began to acquire regular intercity services from their previous owners and it began to build a fleet of private hire busses, which to date is one of the most important in the country.

At present, we have increased our field of activity with the acquisition, either exclusively or in cooperation with other companies, of venues designed for different activities, and always with the growth of the tourism sector and society as a whole in mind.

Subsequently, growth was achieved via affiliate companies whose activities are: Travel Agencies, wholesalers and retailers that as a whole constitute one of the most important groups in the Spanish tourism sector.

The Grupo TRAP, S.A. is made up of companies in the Transport sector and others associated with Venue management and operation.

Within the Transport sector we have diversified insofar as the types of services and vehicles offered as well as relating to the geographical locations.

As regards Spaces, we have progressed from just managing Exhibition Centres to the construction and subsequent management of Venues catering to a wide range of activities.

We have also created companies that have a direct relationship with the sectors previously mentioned and others that attend to the new requirements of a growing economy, such as the Spanish one.
